#so i’ve been rewatching certain season two episodes to watch for quirks or just little things in the way kelly portrays margaret #especially after she mentioned in an interview how she’s developed certain mannerisms re: how margaret reacts to certain situations #and usually after a tense moment like this one #or when nucky throws the bottle at the mirror and storms out #or when he’s physically confronting her about testifying at his trial #her shoulders start to shake #and it’s not a continuous motion but instead periodic and subtle #and i know this is probably an over-analyzed thing #but it’s interesting that almost no one brings up the fact that margaret might in fact be suffering from ptsd #just not as ‘obviously’ as jimmy or richard #(also shoutout to the same jewelry she wears at the end of 1.10 holla)
